sorry, i've been completely aloof this week and now it's the weekend, whew! the boys have been off this week so i've been busy with them and also just enjoying our free days, don't you just love free days?!

this beautiful coastal home is designed by Jackson Clements Burrows based in Melbourne. i would say this is as close to being my perfect home style. i have a ton of ideas swirling in my head for a 2nd home and this is pretty much what it would look like. i would need to change a few things because we live in the NW but it's still pretty perfect..... to me ; )

DIY ~ a wedding in the woods

i just love outdoor weddings —they bring such a relaxed warmth that makes the day flow so effortlessly. i think this adorable couple behind the shop wood & grain did a fantastic job achieving that natural warmth, don't you? they decided to get married at the grooms family home and then between themselves, family and friends they created a beautiful woodland wedding. you can read more about how they did it here.
